AI Policy

At Best of People Consulting, we use carefully chosen AI tools to help us prepare materials, analyse information and draft reports. AI supports our work but never replaces professional judgement. A registered psychologist or psychometrist interprets every assessment result and checks every report against the evidence, and AI never makes decisions about people. We only use licensed, paid AI accounts that do not use your information to train their systems, and we never put test materials or identifiable candidate information into open AI tools. We protect all personal information in line with POPIA and the HPCSA’s ethical guidelines, and we respect any client’s own AI rules. Read our full AI Policy

Psychological Assessment Policy

At Best of People Consulting, we use psychological assessments to help organisations choose, develop and support their people. Because results can affect a person’s career, we use them fairly, ethically and only for the purpose agreed. Assessments are chosen and interpreted by qualified practitioners registered with the HPCSA, and every report is checked against the evidence and signed off by a registered psychologist. We only use assessments that are valid, reliable and fair for the people being assessed, and results are never the only basis for a decision. Everyone we assess is told how their results will be used, gives consent before taking part, and is offered feedback. We keep all results confidential and secure in line with POPIA and HPCSA guidelines. You can download our full Psychological Assessment Policy here
