Our Journey

Founded in 2017 by Dr Carin Bergh, Best of People Consulting began with a clear purpose: to bring psychological science into the heart of how organisations discover and develop talent. What started as a specialist practice in psychometric assessments has grown into a comprehensive consultancy serving clients across South Africa, Africa, and the Middle East.

We partner with organisations to unlock the best in their people—offering expert services in psychometric assessments for selection, personal and team development, succession planning, and leadership growth. Our approach is evidence-based, people-focused, and always aligned with each client’s strategic goals.
